What’s Growing in Timberfield? (Besides the Grass)

June 2026 Timberfield Newsletter

Hello, Timberfield!

We hope everyone is enjoying the warmer weather and finding creative ways to avoid stepping in goose droppings around the pond.

February 16 Board Meeting Recap

A big thank you to everyone who attended the February 16th HOA Board Meeting. We appreciate neighbors who take the time to stay informed and help keep Timberfield a great place to live.

One topic that deserves a little extra attention is community involvement. Simply put, we need more neighbors willing to help with HOA activities and responsibilities. Our HOA is run by volunteers, and when volunteer participation drops, the workload doesn’t magically disappear.

If we can’t get enough homeowner involvement, we may eventually need to hire a professional management company to handle HOA operations. While that would certainly take work off volunteers’ plates, it would also come with a substantial increase in HOA dues. We’d much rather keep those dollars in your pocket and continue managing our neighborhood together.

If you’ve ever thought, “Someone should really do something about that,” this may be your sign from the HOA universe.

Community Yard Sale – June 13th

It’s time to turn your clutter into someone else’s treasure!

The official Timberfield Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, June 13th. Feel free to hold your sale on Friday or Sunday as well if you’d like to extend the fun, but Saturday is the official neighborhood-wide sale day and the date we’ll be promoting.

Start cleaning out those closets, garages, basements, attics, and mysterious boxes that haven’t been opened since the last century.

Thank You for a Fantastic Fall Party!

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our Fall Party and helped make it such a success. From the amazing costumes to the pumpkin painting and all the fun in between, it was a great day spent with great neighbors.

Events like this don’t happen by magic (despite some very convincing costumes). They happen because volunteers step up and help organize them.

We’re already thinking about the next community event and would love some new faces to help with planning. Whether you’re a master event planner or just really good at carrying folding tables, we’d love your help.

If you’d like to volunteer, please reach out to board@timberfield.net.

Dues Reminder

If you haven’t paid your dues yet, this is your friendly reminder to do so.

Pond Owners: As part of our new online payment system, pond dues are now billed separately and will be invoiced in April going forward. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we make the transition and work to simplify the payment process.

If you have any questions about your dues or account status, please contact the Board at board@timberfield.net.

Thank You

Timberfield is a wonderful neighborhood because of the people who live here. Thank you for being part of our community, looking out for your neighbors, and helping make Timberfield a place we’re all proud to call home.

See you around the neighborhood!
