Annual HOA Meeting 2026

Happy Winter Timberfield neighbors! Hope everyone is staying warm and dreaming of spring landscaping🪻 and 🏘️home improvement!

Tuesday March 10th, 6pm-7pm will be our annual neighborhood HOA meeting at Indianapolis Franklin Road Library main meeting room.

I hope every household will be able to come and join us! Here are a few hot topics on our agenda!

  1. New Board members!! Get excited to join the board, be apart of the insiders of Timberfield and keep our neighborhood a lovely place to live! New Officers will be elected as well!
  2. Budget and treasury reports, HOA Dues!
  3. How has the year of going digital been for the neighborhood?
  4. Landscaping and snowplowing for the next year March 2026-March 2027
  5. Yard sale, Neighborhood party, more great ideas!
