Hey Folks,

Just a reminder: Monday evening at 7:00 is our annual HOA meeting at the Franklin Rd. Library. Please join if you can, and we promise to keep it painless, at least reasonably, considering we are talking about HOA dues.

Here are the details as posted in our last newsletter.

Annual Meeting

If you want to connect with your neighbors, go for a walk. If you want to discuss important neighborhood issues with them, bring them to the annual meeting. This year’s annual meeting will be at the Franklin Road library on March 24th. Uncle Sam reminds you that your voice matters. Uncle Kyle, our HOA treasurer, reminds you that your timely payment matters more. Do both, but if you’re not going to do one, please do the other. We’ll see you there.
