Architectural Control Committee
To complete significant architectural changes, we ask neighbors to submit a proposal for approval from the Association. We ask submitters to adhere to reasonable guidelines to benefit the neighborhood as a whole.
Neighborhood Map
The Timberfield Home Owners Association has 56 lots, in an enclosed housing addition. We enjoy a quiet atmosphere and a very little through traffic, with the exception of an exorbitant frequency of Door Dash delivery professionals.

To achieve a consistent and appealing aesthetic for the neighborhood, we prioritize certain features. One of them is a mandatory design for mailboxes.
