The following is the current board of directors for the Timberfield Home Owners Association. If you would like to consider getting involved with the board for our community, please contact us through the website or emails board(at)timberfield.net

Liz Coulter
Liz is our board president, and is credited as ther most efficient meeting runner south of I-70. She is a demonstrated expert ob board matters. Liz oversees proof reading of the website and remembering people’s names even if no one else does.

Jill Austin
Jill’s expertise as an arborist has come in handy for our neighborhood, and that’s why Timberfield is getting noticed on Shelbyville, thanks to her latest effort to improve the landscaping. She’s also an expert in meditation, health insurance, and buffing scratches out of vehicles.

Kyle Foster
Kyle is the only reason our board meetings are able to take place. As our union steward, he ensures every board member’s vote is recorded and each meeting begins on time, even if he is not. Kyle is the treasurer, which means that if you need literally anything from the board, he is your guy.

Daniel Herndon
Daniel is the secretary, the most important and yet pointless role on the board. He is also the only board member with a very professional bio found here. Daniel is best known for being the one who built this website and wrote all the copy.

Mark Goodsman
For those of you wondering how to get that lawn looking plush “water and more water” Mark says. He’s a veteran knower of things, but you have to ask, because he’s not forcing his knowledge on you. Rumor has it, Mark has access to exclusive discounts at Kroger.

Dan Day
Nothing tastes sweeter than early retirement–except for success negotiating a deal with a roofer or car dealer. That’s the sweetness Dan delivers as we manage your HOA profits (and losses). But Dan brings more than financial skills. He can also put on a superb lake side jamboree, and that’s just one more reason why in Timberfield, every day is a Dan Day.
