Architectural Control Committee

To complete significant architectural changes, a proposal using the form included here will need to be submitted. Please adhere to the following guidelines.

Allow thirty (30) days for the approval process by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Be as detailed as possible in describing the project proposal.
All proposals MUST include a surveyor’s/plot plan with the area of change clearly marked.
Applicants are responsible for obtaining any required building permits.
Applicants may include any number of changes on a single proposal request form.
Written approval from the ACC is required before the project(s) begins. Verbal approvals are not recognized as “official approval”.
Homeowners should retain a copy of this form and all attachments as an official document.
