Join us at the March 10th HOA annual Meeting!

Hi, Neighbors!

The HOA has some people cycling off the board this spring. A minimum of three members will need to join the board.

To give you a sense of what a board member’s role entails, there are a couple of tasks to complete, but it’s a reasonably low lift. We hold meetings maybe quarterly, ensure dues are collected, and coordinate with our vendors, such as landscapers and snow removal. Over the past year, Kyle and Daniel have done an excellent job to automate most processes (e.g., paying dues online and setting up autopay for the few HOA bills). Occasionally, the board has to address neighborhood concerns related to the covenants, which is not the most fun, but that is minimal.

The goal is to make sure the board is always changing, so the opportunity to serve is spread around. We will bring this up at the annual meeting but if you KNOW you want to join the board and be an integral part of the support to this lovely neighborhood please reach out as soon as possible so we can help get you on (the) board.
