June Neighborhood Yard Sale and More

Hello Timberfield, and welcome to another issue of our coveted newsletter – unless they subscribe to ours (sign up here!).

To start, wow, everyone! Just wow! The turnout at the HOA meeting was incredible, with the exception of our treasurer, who felt that Europe was more interesting than a meeting to talk about HOA fees and which side of the road you shouldn’t park your car (the right side). Thanks to all who came! Except Kyle!

Yard Sale

You know what they say. The neighborhood that sells together, gels together. So we’re going to have a neighborhood yard sale. If you’ve got retired swag from your previous job, or a really nice band saw, set up shop to sell some stuff. Neighbors from across the community will be selling their wares, laundered or not. Expect a sign to be put up to help get the word out soon.

Update on your Dues

For most of you, your dues are no longer due. Thank you!

As a reminder, an invoice for your dues was sent by email to the email you’ve previously provided. From here on out, they will be billed automatically by email, and it is highly recommended that you pay online with ACH or credit card, to automate the process. If your dog ate your email, you can always access your account using your relevant email address at https://timberfield.net/pay/.

NOTE: Please pay online! This streamlines the process for the HOA board members so that we can reduce the burden on our volunteers (which we know will soon include you!).

Honey Do

New Renovations? Please remember that all major property renovations must be approved by the architectural committee. Submit your requests here.

Snow Plowing. We’re taking quotes for a snow plow service. If you would like to recommend someone, please send any information to board@timberfield.net.

Horticultural Enforcement. We all love good grass, and by the smell of it, I think some of us enjoy it just a little too much. In the case of lawns, we cheerfully thank you for being mindful that yours is reasonably well-kept. Occasionally, a letter may be sent to remind you personally.

New car smell or old car to sell? We need your help to keep our neighborhood presentable, in accordance with our bylaws. To that end, cars in disrepair are best stored in garages or removed from driveways.

Dog Days. We love our dogs. We love yours too. But please be conscious of those that are barking when left outside for an extended time, as it may disturb other neighbors.
